The seasonal pass is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable even between family members.
At the time of purchase at the desk cashiers of the park, you must exhibit an identity document (with photo). The details will be listed on the pass. If you are buying it online, please specify the name of the holder of the seasonal pass.
Every time you visit the park, please present an identity document and your seasonal pass (valid and intact) at the dedicated desk cashiers.
In case of failure to comply with one of the above conditions you will not be able to benefit of your pass.
In the case of irregular use of the title, the park reserves the right to cancel it.
